Florals Studio Return & Refund Policy
At Florals Studio, we take pride in delivering fresh, beautiful flowers, luxury gift baskets, and gourmet arrangements right to your doorstep. Because our products are delicate and perishable, our return and refund policy is designed to protect product quality and ensure customer satisfaction.
Return Window

Fresh flower bouquets, chocolate-based gifts, and edible arrangements can be returned or exchanged within 3 hours of delivery on the same day.

After this period, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or issue refunds due to the perishable nature of our items.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

Fresh flowers and edible products after 3 hours of delivery

Customized or personalized arrangements

Gift cards

Intimate or sanitary products (if applicable)

Hazardous, flammable, or perishable items outside the 3-hour window
Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 working days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Check your bank account again.

Contact your bank or credit card provider—processing times vary.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are damaged or defective upon delivery. To request an exchange for the same product, contact us within 3 hours of delivery.
Gifts
If the product was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, you may receive store credit for approved returns. If the gift was shipped to the gift giver first, the refund will go to them.
